Motion to Amend custody in VA circuit. Less than week until hearing. GAL investigation 5+ mos. Has not produced report. Says he will attend hearing.

Is there a time-frame required to submit a report to attorneys? Can he be examined at the hearing by an attorney?

There may be a time frame required to submit a report. Yes, he can be questioned at the hearing by an attorney.
