Can I name an Android Game that is a combination of tilt labyrinth and zombie shoot 'em up "The Rolling Dead", an obvious takeoff of the TV show name "The Walking Dead"?

Probably. Unless that particular name is trademarked (and I haven't checked), you should be able to use the name "The Rolling Dead" for your game.

Names are not copyrightable, so the only thing you need to do is make sure no one else is using the same name for a game and that the phrase is not a trademark for some company, product or service that would confuse consumers into thinking your game is endorsed by or affiliated with that company. You can search for federal registration at http://www.uspto.gov, but trademarks do not have to be registered to gain protection, so additional searching for use of the name will be required.

Good luck with your game.

I'm a HUGE fan of The Walking Dead.

With that said, the first thing that came to mind when I read "The Rolling Dead" was The Rolling Stones ;)
