HELP,in 1995 i got a van from a car dealership in newport kentucky.two days later they called and said bring the van back,the finance company said it has to many miles on it.they told me to take another van that i did not want.and they would trade it out when they got another van in stock.they never did so we got in a argument with them,they said just bring it back,and forget it all.we will call it even.i did.now this year when i got a credit report the finance company had it as a write off.i called to tell them that my van was not repossed.now we got a civil summons and my husband wages will be garnished.what can i do
