In Michigan, I had to try to garnish my ex-roomates wages. Her employer had wanted to work things out without filing the paperwork,& was suppoused to contact the court and then me. I never heard from her, and the court didn't either. The employer had 14 days to file a disclosure with the court and as of today at 5 pm she had not. Is it true I can file a judgment against the garnishee for the full amount of the judgment? And I wonder how difficult it will be to collect now. And who from. The ex-roomate or her employer.
