What is the name of your state? Ohio

I read a discussion in an earlier post about the "Head of Household" designation as it relates to the percentage of wages that can be garnished. That discussion was about Florida, I believe.

Where can I find out about these laws for Ohio? I have a judgement against me and I've received two "payment to avoid garnishment" letters. I've paid both.

However, I earn in excess of $70K/year while my husband was unemployed from late January up until a few weeks ago. This certainly leaves me earing WAY more than 50% of the household income to support our 12 month old child. Maybe this will help me out of the threat of garnishment. (I have offered to pay $150/month on this debt but am still waiting for a response).
