What is the name of your state? Louisiana
I was once told that for someone to garnish my wages they would have to sue me and get a judgement or court order to do it. Is this true? This concerns student loans and a third party collection agency. Also, is there a statute of limitations on student loan debts?
Thank you for your time,
David

Winky, your question has already been answered in the other thread you posted. Its bad forum etiquette to hijack someone else's thread.
