Garnishment

I have a judgment and the debtor has cash and stocks with a financial institution in Portland, OR. I have served a garnishment and gotten the cash. The institution says we need a court order to liquidate the securities and the order must address what sequence the securities are to be liquidated. Do I just file a motion and order with the court and if so, what is the title and text info in motion?
