What is the name of your state? ohio

I have a garnishment against my wages. I have recieved a summons from the attornies for the debt want an additional $ 979.88. The summons reads
Amount of Judgement $ 3,182.95
Including Interest to date+ 228.61
Plus Unpaid court cost to date,
including the cost of procedings+ 167.00
Minus amount received on Judgement- 2,598.68
Amount now due 979.88

my questions is then they take me to court and collect additional amount?

They don't have to, they already have the judgment. When you lose a lawsuit, the loser almost always has to pay court costs and attorneys fees for the "winner". Add to that the interest that the unpaid judgment itself accrues, and you still owe, sorry.
