What is the name of your state? ND

Got a friend in Maryland, they have drawed up their own seperation papers which they both signed mutally agreed about this and that, in front of a notary. She also filed for CS and that is being taken out of his check automatically. They both agreed that besides that he will pay a X amount of dollars every month which he has been doing. They want to set it up so that payment will also just come automatically out of is check, but they have no money for a lawyer, how can they set it up so that it will automatically come out of his check without hiring a lawyer?
