Just in general, other than having legal problems with your drivers license, would a traffic or parking ticket constitute a probation violation for theft for example?

In other words, if your on probation for theft or fraud, would getting a speeding ticket be in violation?

it is a violation. however, a very minor one. tell your po. it will make them respect you and may help down the road if you get a bigger violation
