**A: please consult with an attorney in that State as there are numerous variables with respect to your specific case and the SOL ie. date of contract acceptance, date of acknowledgement of acceptance, date of default and/or accceptance of contingencies, dates of seller property condition disclosure, acceptance of disclosure, home inspection report, termite/structural report, environmental hazards, encroachments, defects in title, building and zoning code violations, violations of CC&R's, date of discovery of defects.......
