What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

I divorced my husband in 2006. My son was by a previous marriage. When I divorced his stepfather he got very upset that I had broken up his happy family. I and my mother are not allowed to see the grandchild now.

Do I have any rights on this? I don't want to take the child away from his parents, I just want to be able to see the child. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Your family was obviously not that happy if you took the painful step of divorcing your son's stepfather. Your son needs to grow up. He can, however, keep you and your mother from seeing the child. No law prevents it.
