I am a homeowner in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I currently live with my boyfriend but want him to move out ASAP. He has no signed lease and he is not on the deed. Is it true that I have to allow him two months notice before he can move out and what do I do to get him out as soon as possible?

My response:

Boyfriend / Girlfriend situations do not fall under the category of "Family Law" - - unless you two have declared yourselves "Common Law" married in your State.

Please place your post in the Real Estate law board; e.g., Landlord / Tenant board.
