What is the name of your state?Tx. / Yesterday I was fast talked into purchasing a commercial lease for a credit card reader and laptop,Iwas told the laptop was free but after reading the contract the laptop is being leased too,the contract says its for 48months and its non-cancilable,I feel was mislead in the whole matter and want to get out of the lease.I have not recieved the product yet.By not receiving it can I get out of the lease? They have my checking account info and I dont think they have charged my account yet.The lease is for 48mnths and they said they would begin charging me in about 14dys, Can I stop payment or is this going to hurt my credit?

Yes, you can refuse delivery.

But wait, that's not all!

Did you give them your credit card number?

If so, they will charge it to your credit card. In fact, they probably already have charged it.

What does your lease agreement say about cancellation?

You can refuse delivery, or put a "stop payment" on the payments, but neither of these things will relieve you of liability under the contract. The only way to get out of the contract is to cancel it, if cancellations are allowed, to work something out with the company, or to breach the contract and suffer the consequences.
