(California) I need to know what type of specific civil suit forms and case which I can file In this case where a person has ran a con and forced his way onto a perctenage of my fathers property. I have collected all of the evidence and gathered all of the witiness testiomony and I just want to hire an attorney to drop the hammer on this clown in court and really make him look stupid. I am on a very low budget and this is the reason why I am doing all of the foot work.
