I'm having a problem with my husbands ex wife. For the past 4 years now she has made our life living hell! She has done all kinds of stuff to us -- from messing with our credit to just saying nasty things. Anyway, the other day she sent some pictures to our house. Old pictures that were my husbands. Pictures of his family etc. Among those pictures she slipped in a picture of her in a bikini and another of her sitting on my husbands lap. She obviously did this to try and piss me off, which it kind of did, only because it's such a stupid and petty thing to do.
I am so sick of this woman. I've put up with this kind of stuff now for 4 years. Now it's time to get even.
Here is my idea: I am planning on scanning the picture of her in the bikini and making a flyer searching for a "lost dog" and posting it around our town. Her name would not be mentioned nor would any other fact that could actually name her to any of the wording -- just that 15 year old outdated picture. (which doesn't even look like her now!) My question: Could I get into trouble doing this?......legal trouble that is?
I mainly want her to see this flyer. I don't care who else sees it. I just want her to realize that if she continues to send us this kind of stuff there will be consequences.
Please give advice.
