What is the name of your state? CA

In 1998 I was convicted of felony embezzlement. I was guilty and I am not proud. But I am curious, is there a way to get the felony reduced or taken off my record. I would like to try and find a job so that I can once again help my family. I have complied with every term of my probation and I have made full restitution. Please let me know if there is any way to get this reduced or taken off my record. Thank you!

The only thing you can do is attempt to get it expunged from your record. If i were you id talk to a attorney because it was embezzlement and that can get tricky and chances are the DA will argue agianst you. It is possible, just get ahold of a professional cuz you want to do it right the first time.
