Waiving Immobilization Order

Sorry about that Highway. Just wondering if it's expensive to have a lawyer handle clearing a title for a vehicle I no longer own with the DMV?

Yes, it has to do with DUI in florida. I have to either have my vehicle immobilized for 10 days, or have the immobilization order waived. Vehicle is totalled, but judge wants clear title search with no vehicles in my name.

My title search comes back with a vehicle I sold in 2000, and might be easier to have a lawyer handle it.

Just wondering if clearing up vehicles which are no longer in your possession is a thing lawyers could handle for me.

Your basic issue has nothing to do with DUI/Drunk Driving.

Seems as if no one around here can answer you question - it's a little unusual. Try calling some attorneys to see if you can get an idea if anyone can handle this for you.

Why would an attorney have to do this? This is something you need to clear up with the DMV directly.
