What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Hello and thank you for any advice you may provide me.
I will be married ( 2X) in Feb.2005. This will be my second
marriage. I have nothing in assests, except for a car and a small bank account. etc). I do however have living parents who have a decent size estate and 2 children from my previous marriage whom I will leave all of my assests tto upon their death. In my case since I have no assests of my own can I get away with just setting up a will having all of the assests that I aquire after my parents death?? or
do I need a prenup. I'd really like to avoid a prenup but
will do whatever I have to do to protect my children. From
what I have read, since my parents will be leaving me and
only me their assests it is not considered "community
property".

I appreciate any information that you may provide me.
I live in PA and have two children. Thank you.
