What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KY

The Child Support office told me that I had to sign a criminal document to go after the father of my child for the support owed, I wanted to wait till he had a job so that I could get the money instead of him being in jail and not be able to get it. He now has a job and the office told me that if I wanted to get the support back up and running I would have to come in and sign the criminal document when I was ready. I went up there to sign the document and they told me that I had to fill out a new form to get my child support and would have to lose out on all the back support that is owed to my child. What document is it that I need to fill out so that I can get it and turn it in as they will not give it to me now.

We ended up getting together and from there I found out all kinds of things, as I have posted all that in the proper thread.

Ok, you have been posting here since 2007, and frankly I question whether or not anything this site says will have any impact at all.

From your other thread:

Just this year I got back with my childs father, and soon after I became pregnant and decided to go through with the marriage. Soon after I found out that he was only with me to ge the child support dropped and only after a month of marriage I ended up with an STD. We were only married four months before he left me and is now with someone else. When he left I went to sign up for an apartment at which I found out his what he told me was a Misdemeanor charge was actually a felony and they told me that he was a petifile and was not allowed on the premises if I was to get an apartment there. He was of the age 25 when he was with a 15 year old girl on consent as the charges are 3rd degree rape (no force) and he only got probation as he never went to jail so I didn't know anything of extent of his charges till after wards. I also found out that they were together in Dec 09 which she contacted me to tell me that they were together a month before he was wanting to get back with me. He was still on probation at this time. I do not have proof of that as he deleted the conversation from my computer but I do have pictures where she has posted on his myspace in Dec of 09.
Can I get an annulment with all of this going on as I am pregnant? What do I need to do to feel safe for me and my children?
You turned down the help you were offered from the CSEA on multiple occasions. You got back together with Dad after his conviction for rape, and had ANOTHER child.

I do not blame them for not wanting to work with you.

seperated and need help

They canceled the Child support before we had gotten bank together and I wasn't aware on his charges as they are. He told me she was older and that it wasn't a felony and the only reason he got charged is because her father got angry at him. I was clueless as to the accounts that took place on this matter until after he had cheated on me and left.
I made this this account in the beginning of this year to fins out if if was legal for them to stop my child's support.
People do change and there is good in everyone, I thought his son needed him and likewise, but I made a mistake and see that and need help in trying to fix it.
Please I am looking for advice not to be bashed as his family is doing enough of that on our hometown website.

I am currently pregnant.
So the other child is on the way. Still. It says to a court that you are okay with Dad's behavior. Please do not try to backpedal. You KNEW what Dad had done - this from your 2007 thread:

Father ( 24 ) consented sexual relations with a 15 year old. ( was 14 ) a year later she finds out that he has a girl living with him so she gets mad and talks. Currently father is under investigation awaiting trial on 3rd degree rape...

I got out of court today the 3rd degree rape charge that he has made a Hugh Impact on his case.

It was ruled for supervised visitations at social services dept.
Depending on his trial it shall be forwarded to every saturday and ever other sunday!!!!!!

Oh and his mother made LOTS of alligations on me trying to get back with him and harrasing him and all kinds of lies....
Yes, it is legal for CSE to decide that you were non-compliant. What's to stop you from deciding he's wuuuunderful yet again and deciding he doesn't need to support his children?

The sad part about all of this is that you have really dramatically messed up the situation for your kids. You could go back to CSE, but be prepared for the news that your back support is gone forever. Just move forward as best you can. And don't have children that you can't afford to pay for on your own. Getting CS out of Dad could be an uphill battle anyway.

That's not my Issue

I can afford my child I'm not needing the support if I really needed it I wouldn't have tried to give him a chance to catch up on it when he was so far behind instead of going to jail. I did not go to court with him on His case and this is what he told me they said in his court, and I am not saying all this isn't my fault it is. I thought my child needed his father, and had a rude awakening on how much he was better off. I am asking about the child support now on getting it back because the father cleaned out my savings that I had set back for the baby and for Christmas.
I paid everything all the bills and all that while I also paid for his schooling to become a truck driver as I wanted him to better himself. He got all he wanted and I got screwed and it's my fault because I blindly allowed it.
Is there a way for me to get a hold of the criminal documents to turn in to the child support office so that I can file as they won't give me the documents. I asked them when I went in if I can reinstate my support that was canceled by them as they said I could, but they will not give me the documents I need to do so.

CSE tried to help you and you shot them down. People here have tried to help (repeatedly) and you shot them down.

Why should anyone help you?

Just need one thing

My child should not have to go without support while his is able to pay it now because of my mistakes. I was told if I can get a hold of the correct document that I can get what was stated in our state, I just am not sure as to how I can get that document to fill it out and turn it in.

Then ask the person who told you that you could do it.
