I have an apartment in Wisconsin.

I have a lease that expires on April 1, 2001.
I am supposed to have a garage, but my landlord STILL hasn't cleared his junk out of it. I have tried to talk to him but he hasn't returned any of my phone calls. Therefore, last month I refunded from my rent payment for that month $25 for each month it wasn't cleared out and I was paying for it. He still hasn't called me back.
My lease states that I am to have a garage and I am getting mad. My landlord is obviously not holding up his end of the bargain so what can I do? Can I declare the lease void and get out of here?
Thank you.

Probably not..... a garage is a MINOR lease infraction by the landlord UNLESS you have a very expensive car and the garage was to protect it...

Like a lexus BMW, porsch, corvette you know expensive cars!

Or if you are a musician and needed the garage to practice
