My ex was arrested just after Thanksgiving this past November. I believe he has already gone to court for the charges and was found guilty, or he plead Nolo. How can I go about finding out more, if he won't tell me what happened? He gave me a story that didn't click with the charges he was given. He had DUI, no ins., speeding, and open container just to name a few. I would like to have this info. when we go to court. I'm hoping to get visistation changed to supervised and I think this would be helpful with the fact he has moved 5 times in the last year. Any suggested would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

As for getting arrested, you can get a copy of the arrest report from the poliece department and mabey ask what you need to do to obtain a copy of the courts ruling on a particular case, maybe they can give you some info.
