What is the name of your state? IOWA

I have a restraining order on my ex-boyfriend and I have a bunch of his stuff in my garage that I want gone. It's been about two months that it's been there. Who do I need to contact to get rid of it so I'll have no legal problems come back on me? I should be charging rent!
Thanks

You can't charge rent. You can contact a mutual friend and ask them to contact him and get back to you about what he wants done with it. You can't collect rent because you never had a deal to charge rent.

The rent thing was really a joke, I just want the stuff gone. The problem is he has nowhere for it. He's worthless and living with his sister and she don't want it there. Is there some way I could get a document stating " If he doesn't get it by a certain date he forfeits his rights to it and I can do what I wish with it" or something like that?

Why not pay a hauling company to pick it up and deliver it to her frount yard :)
