getting rid of old tennant's stuff

I recently kicked out a tennant from a home that was also a business; a board and care home for the developmentally disabled. I kicked them out because I found crystal meth in the house. They moved out, but they left alot of their stuff.

Can I throw away their stuff?? How long do I give them to collect their stuff?

You should have been down to the court house to file legal papers the day they moved.

And ask there since we have no idea what state youre in, or if it was a legal eviction, you didnt toss them out now did you?
