WI landlord refuses to fix lock
i rent in wisconsin, and for 8 weeks have been trying to get the landlord to fix the front door. the door locks from the outside but we cannot lock it from the inside. do i have any legal rights? where do i go to file a complaint? landlord just brushes us off. right now we lock it with a screwdriver, and i am afraid that will damage the lock further. she'd probably charge us for it. it is stated on our damage form we submitted. she won't allow us to fix it, i had just asked her today.
