I am posting from Iowa. I bought a gift certificate for my husband for a massage for Valentine's day. This woman has two offices, one about 25 miles from our town and one here in town. We have never used the one out of town as we simply do not ever have time to go there. The therapist called one day last month and told me that she would be leaving the satellite office in three days and we had this outstanding gift certificate. I told her that we couldn't take time from work to come in within these three days and requested our money back ($40). She has since refused to honor this request and said we must come to the other town for the service. Do we have any options? The certificate expires the middle of next month.
