I purchased a service to host a website. I made the charge via credit card, and was sent a billing receipt that night for the agreed amount of $73.

When I received my billing statement a month later, they charged me $1798.
I challenged the billing and the charge was taken off. Now they challenge my claim and sent my credit card company bunch of documents, one of them with a fake billing statement that I have never recieved AND a forged signature of mine on the bottom.
The document can easily be proven a fake many ways, the easiest way by noticing the date on the bottom as 12:01:47AM, the time I bought it. I was home on my computer late at night, so there is NO WAY I could have signed it.

Who should I contact about forgery and what other options do I have?

I already sent my rebuttal against their claims, so that is going on, but I believe this forgery is criminal.

Is there anything else I should/could be doing?
