Greetings-
Later this week I'll be giving my current employer my 2 week notice. The problem is my manager is on a 2 week vacation, any suggests on what to do? I was considering giving my notice to Human Resources or my boss's boss be he all so is not around

Thanks

Yours is not a legal question. You're not even required to give notice. IMO, notifying HR and your immediate supervisor(s) would be sufficient.

I'd check what my company policy is. Some will be glad to accept advance notice. Others will terminate you immediately if you give notice.
