What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

i just learned that my ex-husband is making a significant amount more money per year. We were married for 20 years and have 3 children. I was awarded lifetime spousal support due to the length of our marriage and the fact that I was a stay-at-home Mom for our entire marriage. I am receiving a good amount of spousal support, but was left with the marital home (in disrepair) and complete custody of all 3 children. I get no physical help from him at all in raising our children (other than the courst ordered child support for our 3rd child). Should I take him to court to try and get more money? I live in Florida.

Has your situation changed?

Is the order actually modifiable?

What is the exact wording of your court order regarding spousal support?

When was the CS order issued, or last modified?
