if i wanted to start a loony tune websight, what copyright or trademark laws do i have to worry about. Or can i just post a disclaimer saying WB dont endorse this sight?

Usually its called fair use.....you can do most anything as long AS YOU DONT make any money from it.

Like a fans website,.... BUT if you start using it to entice people to come to your website and you SELL looney tune, OR ANY OTHER items through your home business, that could get you in trouble.
