Going through 3 gores

I was ticketed this morning for driving through 3 gores. I was in a right turn only lane that was recently just repaved, and GA DOT has not came to paint the markings yet. Right now to the common person it looks like one big right turn only lane with spray painted arrows to turn right. There are 2 spray paint lines where the gores will go (just 2 lines, no chevrons) can I fight this since the gores are not properly marked yet?

Chevrons are not required. Comfort lanes, eh?

You can certainly argue the inadequate temporary markings. Pictures might help.
