What is the name of your state? Michigan

My husband is interested in starting to go through FOC to pay the child support to his ex wife. (Basically, she's not happy no matter how it's paid-if by mail, it takes a few days to get to her, if during an exchange of the kids, she's afraid it will get "lost" in their stuff). Does anybody know if there is there any way to get them involved in distributing support if they were originally waived in the divorce judgment? Unless there are any drawbacks to doing this...if so, please share. Thank you!
