Credit Card debt

No, there has been no property settlement. I am trying to preserve my credit but she thinks if I pay the CC debt and she pays the mortgage, she will get the house and I will have to pay our marital debt

Then when your attorney files the answer to her summons, he'll list all of the debt you have assummed along with her imputed income . It looks like it will be a wash.
