Two years ago my luck went from bad to worse and couldn't make payments on an unsecured loan. The creditor is suing and we'll be going to court shortly. I own nothing...! I mean zelsh...! Nadah...! No income, no car, no house, I mean absolutely nothing. Neither me or any one related to me owns a single dime. And the worst part is that I can prove it. My questions: What do I expect in court? Will there be a criminal judgment against me? Will they arrest me? What do I do?

Not to worry. This action is a civil action and not a criminal action, although your creditor may disagree. There will be a judgement issued against you for default but since you are "judgement proof", the judgement would not be worth the paper it is on. It can be refiled again later though.
