gone for almost three years

I live in florida, my wife returned to her native country (ireland) in january 1999.
I have not seen her since,she is agreeable to a divorce but does not wish to return to Florida.

there are no other complications, No children and ialways treated her with love and respect.

Can anybody tell me my least painful options.

File a petition, serve her, have her sign papers, go in front of a judge and bingo.. 6 months later you are divorced.
