What is the name of your state?California

My husband and I got a divorce three years ago. Because I had a great lawyer, I was able to squeeze the ******* for nearly everything he had, also I got sole support for the kids.
However, he hasnt paid alimony and child support for 3 years and I believe he has left the country.

What can I do to get this deadbeat to pay me more? Can he be extradited?

Extraditing from "out of the country" is a big question mark - as " out of the country" is a really big place with lots of different laws. You don't even know where he is - or even if he is alive!

Honestly, if my partner had gotten "nearly everything I had", instead of their SHARE of what I had, I might get mad enough at the system to bolt and give up on being treated fairly by the courts. Not saying I would, but I can see where a person who lost everything because they simply didn't want to be in a relationship with someone might feel cheated, and just give up on it all..

Congratulations. By "squeezing" the "******* for nearly everything he had" you drove him underground.

How are you going to get him extradited? Do you even know where he is?

You just hurt yourself and your children. And, you cut off your gravy train, so you'd better get a good job.

So you got nearly everything he had, which is now nothing, and you wonder why? Well, what comes around, goes around....

Hahaha!

See there, ya golddigger! YOU got what you deserved! What if the shoe was on the other foot? You should be ASHAMED of yourself! How do you sleep at night, Hmmm??? Can you even face yourself now in the mirror?

My husband was one of those that lost it all too. IT SUCKS. The courts were EXTREMELY PREJUDICED toward the poor defenseless woman...Now the poor dear will have to re-open her "escort" business (that she had prior to being married) when the cash cow dies. Some guys really try to do the right thing and end up getting screwed by IDIOTS LIKE YOU that think they deserve it all instead of their fair share.

BETTER FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER SUGAR DADDY....

You got what you deserved, in my opinion you scumbag!

my ex said "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!". i believe in honest, fair, "truth, justice, and the American Way" but my ex has tried to accomplish anything but. so whatever the limits of my finances i still believe one should always play fair and it's true "what goes around comes around" cut your loses, move on! like the kid's say "get a life"--your own.
