I stay away from the boards for a couple of days, and look what I find when I come back! It looks like there has been a @hit storm, someone left the window open, with the fan on and blowing in!
Let's see if I got even half of this straight. First, there's the "magnificent seven siblings". Did we ever get the 411 from the moderators? Is that situation for real or is it just someone who is getting group rates at their therapist? With the penchant for deleting posts lately, I don't know if I missed something or if our 'someone' got back on their meds. I truly hope to God that it is not real. No matter how you slice that one, the parents are sickos. Either way, they single-handedly created the most screwed up family I've ever heard of. And the child in question can not be 'normal'. Again, if the girls are all lying - the parents created them. If they are telling the truth - this 'boy' is going to have a God Complex at least.
Second, we have the person who 'payed their debt to society' and is finding out that their debt is far from cancelled in society's eyes. I wonder. What would happen if we removed that phrase from the American lexicon? Would people start getting the hint that breaking the law and serving prison time ISN'T the road to a productive future? You think that maybe people would understand that the 'accountability' part of responsibility for one's own actions extends beyond their release date? Do you think that maybe that would be a deterrant for crime? Or is the assumption and emphasis on the 'thinking' part the flaw in my logic?
Has there been a continuous full moon, with whatever planet in Mars or whatever, with massive sun flares for the past couple of weeks that I didn't know about? Has the water been poisoned? Help me here, there has to be some explanation.

Please, fill me in on the gaps. You know, I never did get suckered into "Survivor". I was feeling proud of myself for that one. But just look at me now! Actually FOLLOWING (or attempting to)this stuff!
