I was recently got caught entering the handycap entrace without paying the fare. I received a citation and my court date in appoaching soon. I was wondering what is the penlity for such a crime. Is it something that will stay on my record nationwide or is there any way that i can avoid it going on my records. So if I apply for a job in the future this will show up?
