Got OWI got pulled over for driving on a suspended license help

Got an OWI and lost my license I have a teenage daughter so I had to drive her places and got caught driving on a suspended license. The cop said I would get a notice in the mail for a court date and that was months ago and I still have not received one. I cant afford to pay for anything I can barely make my rent please help. What can I do?

No you did not have to drive her places. If there were placed you were obligated to see she attended, while you were obligated to find a means of transport, you never HAD to drive to get her there.

Anyway, I suspect you contact the involved court and inquire. If there is nothing there call the police department and inquire about it there.
