What is the name of your state? OHIO I will be 17 years old when i graduate with 3 months to go until im 18. Can i legally move out of my parents house?

Graduation does not equal emancipation.

The answer is, "No."

Besides, you'll be 18 three months later ... enjoy the last moments of childhood ... there will be enough years of struggling ahead.
