Internet Membership Refund

What is the name of your state? GA

I purchased some online music software which I was unable to install. The service says they have a money back guarantee, no questions asked. I received an email from them stating I would be refunded within 60 days. 20 days later, I still have no refund. When I contact them, they say they are in the process of refunding me. Now I want to bury them. Do I have a case?

Grahams, I love those crackers you make.

Q: Now I want to bury them.

A: Okay; get a shovel. But...tell me; how much did you pay for this software? Is your loss worth going to court over? How much in a dollar amount have you been damaged?

I paid $30.00 for it. The reason I want to go after them is because I have seen so many other people have the same fall out with these companies.(Of course I did not realize this until after I was in the same situation.) But shouldn't someone? Will anyone show them this is not ok?

What is wrong with the above statement? You making yourself out to be a bigger ass then they are.

Am I in the right place???

Ok, I am looking for an "answer," not that type of criticism. Again, the question is, "if there is a company that states they have a money back guarantee, and they do not own up to their agreement, are they to be held accountable for their actions?" It is not me being an a**, it is about right and wrong. If you purchase something that is defective, or that is of no use to you, for reasons out of your control (being they are at fault), why should they be able keep your money?

Since it has not been 60 days yet, you have no case.

You're making yourself out to be a bigger ass then he is.

And the moral to this story:
Keep the crap to the bowl and not on your posts.
