the state is florida. if a grandparent adopts their grandchild do the biologicaly parents receive any type of paper work? I mean do they get copies of paper work to prove that the adoption went through? Also, where does the paperwork have to be signed at? Does it have to be signed in front of certain people? Have birth parents ever changed their mind and actually gotten their child back?
