Grandparent from CA. used fraud to obtain temp custody of child. Child was taken across state line. How can this happen? Isn't this kidnapping? What is custodial parent course of action against this?

Hire a child custody lawyer ASAP. GPs had to have court permission to take the kid across state lines. If they didn't, they are in violation of state laws & the stae could charge them with custodial interference.
