What is the name of your state? Louisiana
Our daughter got pregnant, had the baby, lived with us. She then meet someone other than the father, moved in with him, left the child with us, married him, then took the child to live with them after about six months. Now the step father does not want us to see our grandchild. Our daughter wants us to get her every week end like we have been doing. Her husband is a control freak, has to be his way or no way. Do we have any rights? Can he tell us when we can see the child?

Yes and no --
While, as a step, he has no LEGAL rights to have any say regarding the child he obviously holds an incredible amount of power over your daughter. Unfortunately for you until she decides she has had enough of that there is not much you can do -- as the mother SHE has every right to decide who does or does not see her child and she needs to stand by her decisions regardless of his objections.
I know this can be difficult and frustrating but until she gets fed up enough to lay down "the law" as far as you and your grandchild things are going to stay this way.....
