My 15-yr old grandson's mother receives social security benefits for my grandson. His father was my son who died 14 years ago.
My grandson does not want to live with his mother because she abuses alcohol and has never worked, and uses his social security to live on with her boyfriend. She says she wants to make him stay at her place, but my daughter and I have been helping to raise him since he was born.
What rights does my grandson have? How can I help him?

Gson has to stay with mom if she says he has to.
