Yes its possible for her to have the guardianship vacated. She gave you guardianship voluntarily.

Hold the guardianship document she signed up to the monitor so we can read it.
well she gave me temporary guardianship in feb. of 2005. she signed a paper for permanent before it was even decided if she wanted to go through with it ( she thought it still had to do with temporary ) and an order for permanent isnt supposed to go through until 90days after the temporary. If she didnt know that she was signing that paper and it was signed before it was used can i get into trouble?? i hope not. I take care of the baby all the time. I recently kicked her out of my house b/c her and the baby's father were in the same bed together. i filed a restraining order against her b/c she had my son arrested and her son is on the restraining order also so she hasnt seen him. I dont want the order vacated. what are the chances of that being granted?

As I said, hold it up to the monitor so I can read it and give you a legally valid opinion.

And by the way, what the hell does her being in bed with the baby's father have to do with anything?

i dont promote unmarried sex in my house and im sure if they woke up together they did something of that nature in my home.
my lawyer has that document.
it just has both parents signatures on it. awarding me permanent guardianship.

Yes, I have seen it too......somewhere......Grandma, why do you not want the baby to have any relationship with his mother? Are you saying you tricked her into signing something? It's not your baby..........

Well, your son apparently had unmarried sex with her - why was that okay? Or is it a "boys will be boys" situation?

At the end of the day - this is NOT your child.

i am a better person than his mother. shes evil. she had my son arrested twice. she also has adhd and at one point had depression. i dont think adhd is good for raising a child. yes, i sort of did trick her, but i thought she figured that out in the beginning.

And your son apparently beats her. Plus, he's been boinking her under your roof. Why do you think you'll raise your grandson any better than you raised your son? Or do you think it's okay for men to beat their women?
