My husband and I received the I-94 in the mail from the friend that had them yesterday!!! Yay!! So now we are ready to finish our AOS package and mail it! I'm kinda confused about doing the affidavits with friends and family who know of the marriage..... How exactly do we do that? Just a letter written by a friend or family member signed in front of a notary pulic? And question #2..... How do my parents do thier letter or whatever it needs to be saying we live with them and that they are letting us live there and supporting us?

Again, none of this has to be submitted with the initial petition. It has to be for the interview. But if you insist on getting it submitted with the petition, then you need to get it all assembled in a correct manner. The affidavits, to be properly submitted, have to follow a certain format. The lease agreement with your parents can be simply a written paragraph outlining the conditions of the agreement and signed by all parties.
