What is the name of your state? NEW HAMPSHIRE
RECENTLY MY EX-HUSBAND OF15 YEARS PASSED(DIVORCED 2 YEARS)HIS FIANCEE IS LIVING IN THE HOME OF WHICH WE HAD MADE OUR SETTLEMENT.HE PASSED WITH NO WILL , SO PROPERTY WENT TO HIS PARENTS(WHO ARE IN THEIR 70'S). SHE HAS MADE ALL KINDS OF CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE,AND HAS HIT THEM WITH A STALKING CHARGE,BECAUSE THE FATHER RIDES BY TO CHECK HIS PROPERTY BECAUSE SHE WILL HAVE NO CONTACT WITH THEM. SHE HASNT HELD A STEADY JOB SINCE SHE MOVED THERE,YET SHE SAYS EVERYTHING BELONGS TO HER(COMMON LAW MARRIAGE) PROPERTY IS IN NEW HAMPSHIRE.WHEN WE WERE TOGETHER WE HAD NO FINANCIAL PROBLEMS , BEFORE HE PASSED THEY WERE STARTING TO REPOSESS THINGS(VEHICLES,ETC AND THEY WERE GOING TO FORCLOSE ON PROPERTY) HIS PARENTS HAVE CAUGHT UP ON ALL THE BILLS AND PROP. TAXES.AND HAVE NOT ACCEPTED A PENNY FROM HER.YET SHE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE EVICTION NOTICE THEY SERVED HER.THEY HAVE LAWYER BUT HE SEEMS TO BE DRAGGING FEET...THE DAY SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE SHE THREW A PARTY.WHICH NO ONE ATTENDED.WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO DO TO GET RID OF HER:confused:
