What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California.

I had my 401K plan in California. Later, I left the US with a Green Card but have been out of US for more than 2 years. Most likely I'll lose the Green Card. I still have the 401K funds invested in mutual funds through Fidelity. Is there any problem with this? Can I continue to hold the 401K account and trade MFs as long as I wish while not being a resident of US (and nor a citizen)?

I have some money in Bank of America account. Can I trade US stocks and mutual funds with those funds?

I have been living in India since I left US.

I would wait for a more educated, or at least one that explains why one would cash out the funds, answer before doing anything.

Please choose a Forum below to read or post a question - US Law Only -

meaning here you may not get a very good answer on an Int'l question.

Talk to your financial institute they would know best. I can;t see why you can't continue to trade them. Just make sure the funds are with an international firm that has offices all over.
