What is the name of your state? MN

Hi Lana,

I am on a H1 visa and my husband is on L1 Visa status. We have a daughter who is a US Citizen. Can Green card processing time be expidited with the fact that our daughter is a US Citizen.

You advice would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

No, because the child must be at least 21 years of age before he/she can sponsor the parents for permanent residence.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions of if I may be of further assistance to you in this matter.
